9. Shipping, Delivery and Digital Delivery
Physical products are generally shipped internationally from Asia, commonly from Hong Kong or another suitable fulfilment location depending on stock availability and supplier arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier service, customs clearance, destination country, public holidays, weather, supplier availability, customer address accuracy and other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other local charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
Digital products and digital services may be delivered electronically by download link, remote installation, remote access, file transfer, email, WhatsApp or another suitable method.
A digital product or service may be considered delivered once a download link, file, licence information, activation information, access information, installation, remote support session or other digital delivery method has been provided or started.

10. Warranty and Aftersales Support
Eligible products and services may include warranty and aftersales support as stated on the product page or in our Warranty & Aftersales Support Policy.
Unless stated otherwise, eligible products and services include 6 months of warranty/support from the date of delivery, digital delivery, installation or service completion.
Warranty and support are intended to ensure that the product or service supplied by us works as described, within the limitations of the product, software, vehicle compatibility and customer setup.
Support does not include free training, advanced vehicle diagnostics, coding lessons, programming lessons, business consultancy, repeated remote sessions, support for third-party products not supplied by us, or vehicle-specific fault-finding unless expressly agreed.
Support is normally provided through WhatsApp only, with remote support software such as TeamViewer where necessary.

11. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking that any product or service ordered is suitable for their intended use before placing an order.
This includes checking, where applicable:

Unless specifically confirmed by us in writing before purchase, we do not guarantee that any product or service will perform every function on every vehicle or machine.
We do not guarantee coding, programming, online functions, ECU flashing, key programming, immobiliser functions, module replacement, dealer-level functions or compatibility with every vehicle, laptop, operating system, software version or diagnostic function unless expressly stated.
12. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools, software, remote access tools, websites, downloads or services over which we neither monitor nor have control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site or during support is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.
